Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment. We don't process, ship, or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
United States: 3–9 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, carrier, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.

How We Fulfill
Summit Camp Co works with vetted third-party suppliers who ship directly to your address. We maintain full quality control and customer-service responsibility for every order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We can't guarantee changes once an order is processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any photos.
