30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start, email summitcampco@outlook.com with your order number.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Changed Your Mind
To return an unused item in its original condition for any other reason, we're happy to refund the product cost once it's received. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we'll share the return address when you contact us.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used drinkware and worn apparel or socks can only be returned if defective.
